TRANSPORTATION
Transportation will be provided to away contests. However proximity to local schools makes it difficult to justify the cost of a bus/van to local games/practices (within the U-46 School District and the immediate surrounding districts). In the event that a bus/van will not be provided, please check the appropriate line and return to the athletic department. This is to allow your son/daughter to drive to practices and games.1. __________ I give my permission for my son/daughter to drive his or her own vehicle.
